This crochet cotton thread is the best. Very consistent in ply and works my best tablecloths and large doilies. It is getting harder to find good quality cotton thread as the available threads are not consistent in ply and very fuzzy at times. This thread is not fuzzy and washes and starches like a dream. The only guesswork is the colors on the website vs actual colors. It would be great if you offered a color card at a small cost to the consumer. I would buy a color card if you offered it as I don't think I will ever go back to what's offered locally.
The quality and colors are fabulous. I heartily recommend this for anyone looking to use fingering weight mercerized cotton.
I absolutely love Scheepjes Maxi Sugar Rush for inkle band and tablet weaving. The colors are vivid and create beautiful finished pieces. I live in Nevada, USA and the extra cost to have it shipped from LindeHobby in Denmark is well worth the cost. I have yet to find anything in the United States that compares equally.
