At LindeHobby we ship your creative products quickly and safely. At checkout simply enter your delivery details and we will start working on your order right away.
We ship from our warehouse within 1-2 days and the parcels are picked up by the carriers Monday through Friday.

Customs and Duties for USA Orders
For orders shipped to the United States, US import charges are prepaid at checkout.
This means that applicable US import duties/tariffs and customs handling charges are calculated and added before you complete your order. The amount shown at checkout is final, and no additional import duties or customs handling charges will be collected at delivery.
We handle and pay these import charges through our carrier/customs setup, so you know the full cost upfront and can enjoy a smooth shopping experience without unexpected customs fees upon delivery.

- The amount is calculated as a percentage of the product value and is shown before you complete your order.
- Import charges apply to physical products, not digital items such as pattern downloads.
- Import charges are not applied to shipping costs.
- The amount paid at checkout is final for the customer.
- No additional import duties or customs handling charges will be collected at delivery.
The previous US de minimis threshold for low-value shipments has been suspended, which means that low-value parcels can no longer generally enter the United States duty-free.
Customs and Duties for Orders Excluding USA
Orders shipped outside the EU and USA may be subject to import duties, customs fees and/or additional taxes in the destination country. These costs are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient.
Please note that we cannot control these fees and cannot predict their exact amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority for more information before placing your order.
Cross-border shipments may also be opened and inspected by customs authorities. Customers are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Home delivery with USPS: $7.99
Delivery time is 4-7 workdays
The maximum weight allowed is 1.9kg. This corresponds to 36 skeins of 50 grams each, plus packaging.
Home delivery with FedEx: $7.99 - 9.99
Delivery time is 2-4 workdays
Express delivery with FedEx Express: $29.95
Delivery time is 1-2 workdays
Delivery options for the Canada:
Home delivery with Canada Post: $7.99
Delivery time is 4-7 workdays

Important Information for orders shipped to Canada:
Please be aware that orders valued at approximately $20 CAD (around 15 USD) or more are subject to import duties and handling fees. For more information, you can reach out to your local customs office.
If FedEx Express is the only shipping option available at checkout, we're unable to offer alternatives due to the high volume of orders. Be mindful that selecting this courier will almost certainly result in import taxes and duties on orders exceeding 20 CAD. The same high likelihood applies when choosing Canada Post. You will need to settle these fees to receive your package. Please note, LindeHobby does not cover these expenses, nor are we responsible for refunds if you decide to refuse the package.
