How can I contact LindeHobby?
You are always very welcome to contact us if you have questions about your order, our products, or if you need assistance.

We always do our best to reply as quickly as possible. We normally reply very quickly, often within 24 hours on business days.
If you have not received a reply within a few days, please check your spam or junk folder first, as our response may have been filtered there.
If you still cannot find our reply, please try contacting us through one of the other channels. Occasionally emails or messages may be caught by spam filters or other security filters.

Orders
What happens after I place an order?
Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Your order will then be packed and shipped from our warehouse as quickly as possible.
I have not received an order confirmation
If you have not received an order confirmation after placing your order, the most common reason is that the email address may have been entered incorrectly during checkout. Another possibility is that the order confirmation has been filtered into your spam or junk folder.
If you do not receive your order confirmation within a short time, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Can I change my order?
Yes, in many cases it is possible to change your order. However, we ship orders very quickly, so your order may already have been packed or shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Can I add more items to my order?
Yes, you can place an additional order. If your first order has not yet been packed, we may be able to combine the orders.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will check if it is still possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can usually be cancelled as long as they have not been packed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Can I order by email or phone?
We only accept orders placed directly through our website.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We pack orders every day of the week — including weekends — 365 days a year.
Orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes:
USPS home delivery
4–7 business days
FedEx home delivery
2–4 business days
FedEx Express
1–2 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For customers in the United States, any applicable tariffs or import duties are calculated and shown at checkout. This means you will see the full cost before completing your purchase.
LindeHobby pays the tariffs to US Customs when your parcel arrives in the United States.
For orders shipped outside the EU and USA, import duties or taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.

Yarn & Products
Do I get the same dyelot?
Yes. When you order multiple skeins of yarn in the same color, we always ship them from the same dyelot.
If we do not have enough yarn from the same dyelot to fulfil your order, we will always contact you first before shipping. This way you can decide whether you would like to proceed with different dyelots or make changes to your order.
Our goal is to ensure the best possible color consistency for your project.
In very rare cases, human errors can happen. If you receive yarn from different dyelots without prior agreement, please contact us and we will of course find a solution.
Can I request a specific dyelot?
Yes. If you would like a specific dyelot, simply write it in the comment field when placing your order.
Please also let us know in the comment field whether you would still like to receive the order if the requested dyelot is not available.
If you write in the comment field that another dyelot is acceptable, we will ship the requested dyelot if we have it in stock. If not, we will ship the dyelot that is available.
If you do not approve alternative dyelots, we will contact you before shipping your order.
Why can colors vary slightly between dyelots?
Yarn is dyed in batches, and small color differences between dyelots can sometimes occur. For larger projects we recommend ordering enough yarn from the same dyelot.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return yarn or accessories?
We offer an easy-to-use return portal where you can register your return.
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed according to our return policy.

Shopping at LindeHobby is completely safe. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment providers to protect your information.
