At LindeHobby we ship your creative products quickly and safely. At checkout simply enter your delivery details and we will start working on your order right away.
We ship from our warehouse within 1-2 days.
Taxes and Duties information:
Orders shipped outside the EU might be subject to import duties and additional taxes. You'll need to cover these extra costs.
Please be aware that we can't control these fees and it’s tough to predict their exact amount. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office or tax authority for detailed information before placing your order.
Also, note that cross-border shipments are sometimes opened and inspected by customs authorities. It's important to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Please understand that we can’t be responsible for any legal issues that might arise.

Important Information for orders shipped to Canada:
Please be aware that orders valued at approximately $20 CAD (around 15 USD) or more are subject to import duties and handling fees. For more information, you can reach out to your local customs office.
If FedEx Express is the only shipping option available at checkout, we're unable to offer alternatives due to the high volume of orders. Be mindful that selecting this courier will almost certainly result in import taxes and duties on orders exceeding 20 CAD. The same high likelihood applies when choosing Canada Post. You will need to settle these fees to receive your package. Please note, LindeHobby does not cover these expenses, nor are we responsible for refunds if you decide to refuse the package.

Returning your order
To avoid extra costs on returns please use our return portal and purchase the return label as described below.
Use our return page to print out a shipping label and simply drop off your return package at your local post office. Return shipping is 35 USD.
