Cut-off times
Orders are typically packed and shipped between 7:00–23:00 CET on weekdays and Sundays, and 7:00–15:00 CET on Saturdays. Orders placed outside these hours may be processed the next business day.
Customs and Duties for USA Orders
For customers in the United States, any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be calculated and added at checkout. LindeHobby pays the tariffs directly to US Customs when your parcel arrives.

- All orders to the USA are subject to tariffs – the De Minimis rule of $800 no longer applies.
- Tariffs are calculated as a percentage of the product value.

“Leave at Door” / Authority to Leave
If you authorize delivery without a signature, the risk passes to you once the carrier delivers the package. LindeHobby is not liable for theft, weather, or other loss after delivery.
9. Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 90-day return policy from delivery (unless otherwise required by law).
- To start a return, please use our Return Portal.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Digital items (such as downloadable patterns) cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- Returns must be sent with home delivery. We cannot accept returns delivered to pickup points.
- Return-to-sender packages (including uncollected or refused deliveries) will be treated as customer-initiated returns. Shipping costs and duties already incurred will not be refunded.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- If items are returned in a condition beyond normal inspection (e.g., worn, damaged, strong odors), we may reduce or deny the refund.
10. Risk of Loss
The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.
11. Warranty & Defects
- Products are covered by any manufacturer warranties provided.
