Definitions:
Parties to the agreement
"Buyer" is referring to the physical person that mainly acts outside of their business and who, when submitting an order to LindeHobby, makes a bid for the purchase and delivery of certain items.
"LindeHobby" is used in the following context both as the physical and legal person whom at the point of order confirmation accepts the Buyer’s order and sells the items ordered, as well as the website where the items are presented and ordered.
Product information:
At LindeHobby, the essential properties of an item are described. For additional information or questions regarding existing properties, an email can be sent to support@lindehobby.co.uk
Prices:
All prices are current prices and only valid for the day of the order. Therefore, there might be differences in the price shown.
All prices displayed include 20% VAT.
Order:
Any presentation of items together with a price at LindeHobby is a non-binding bid, it’s only an invitation to make a bid.
The Buyer’s order of items from LindeHobby are not subject to a binding acceptance, however, it is a binding bid to LindeHobby to buy the item on the stated terms.
A binding agreement between the Buyer and LindeHobby is only reached when LindeHobby, by the means of an order confirmation, accepts the offer made from the Buyer.
Payment:
The account details you are entering at the time of purchase of items, are sent directly to PBS (Danish Bank Payment Service) in encrypted form (SSL) where only you and PBS can read the information provided. Thus, there is nobody else who can see or save your information. Whenever any purchase is made with Dankort or credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the item is sent from LindeHobby. If you choose to receive the item through cash on delivery, the amount will be paid when the item is received.
The responsibility of accidental damage or deterioration:
Only when the ordered items have come into the Buyer's possession, the responsibility will be transferred to the Buyer regarding whether the ordered items will break or be damaged due to accidental circumstances.
Consumer warranty:
LindeHobby adheres to the Danish Law of Purchases, which includes 2 years consumer warranty from invoice date, on manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover defects, damages, or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper handling, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized intervention.
The invoice must be presented to LindeHobby whenever the consumer warranty claim is to be used.
Any complaint about defects on delivered products must, after the Buyer have or should have discovered the defect, be reported to LindeHobby within a reasonable timeframe. Otherwise, the Buyer loses his right to claim the defect.
Please be aware that you, on request, would need to indicate and show where the defect lies.

LindeHobby has made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are outside LindeHobby's control. We can therefore in no way be held responsible for the content of these pages.
Information about the ordered items from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered items in the agreement between the Buyer and LindeHobby.
The seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses as a result of the ordered items arriving late to the Buyer, or the ordered items suffer from defects when the delay or defects are due to the Buyer’s actions or by omission or circumstances beyond the control of LindeHobby, including but not limited to, war, rebellion, riots, fire, state interference, embargo, currency restrictions, labour disputes of any kind, including strike and lockout, or the like.
LindeHobby does not provide an independent warranty for the items ordered, and the Buyer only obtains the warranties that the manufacturer issues to the Buyer.
Return policy:
If the Buyer notifies LindeHobby that they want to cancel or return their order within 90 days of delivery, LindeHobby will refund the amount received. The Buyer then has 14 days to return the product to LindeHobby. All items must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it was when received by the Buyer, which also includes the original product packaging. The product must be in such a condition that resale is possible. The product must be returned with delivery to the following return address: YarnLivng Aps, Jens Juuls Vej 2, 8260 Viby J.

PLEASE NOTE! There is no consumer warranty on digital items, i.e. digital patterns are not covered by the consumer warranty.
Items that smell of smoke, perfume, cooking or mould cannot be returned, as they are worthless and cannot be resold.
The Buyer is only liable for any deterioration in the value of the Product due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the Product, its characteristics and the manner in which it operates. In other words - the customer can try on the product in the same way as if the customer tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, LindeHobby considers it as used, which means that the customer, upon cancellation of the purchase, only receives part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value.
Items returned without a stamp, not paid for, or as cash on delivery are not accepted as a return. When returning the items, please use a courier where the package can be traced, e.g. Post Danmark or GLS, since it makes it possible to trace the item if it gets lost during the return shipment. You should send the items securely packaged - together with a copy of the invoice and please write clearly that you want to make use of the right of your consumer warranty and that you, therefore, wish to have the product refunded. We recommend that you return the item with Post Danmark or GLS.
You can also choose to cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the shipment. If you refuse receipt, you will be credited the sum of the items back to your account minus the shipping cost it took to send the package back.
These return policies apply to all items sold as distance sales to private individuals - this does not apply to items sold to companies.
Packages not picked up at the post office:
If you have not picked up your parcel at the post office within the pick-up date, your parcel will be returned to us. When we receive the package back, the items will be put back in stock and you will be credited the amount for the items to your account minus the shipping cost to send the package - handling and postage/shipping is at your own expense.
Refunds
When the customer chooses to return an entire order, we refund the total order amount, including the shipping costs that the customer has paid at the time of purchase. If the customer returns only a part of the order, we will only refund the money for the returned items.

LindeHobby reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions that apply to this website. It is therefore important that you keep yourself informed of any changes.
