NEEDLES:
DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE SIZE 8 MM = US 11: Length 40 and 80 cm = 16" and 32".
DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE SIZE 6 MM = US 10: Length: 80 cm = 32".
DROPS DOUBLE POINTED NEEDLES SIZE 8 MM = US 11.
DROPS DOUBLE POINTED NEEDLES SIZE 6 MM = US 10.
The technique MAGIC LOOP can be used – you then only need circular needle of 80 cm = 32" in each size.
KNITTING GAUGE:
11 stitches in width and 14 rows vertically in stockinette stitch and 1 strand of each quality needle size 8 MM = US 11 = 10 x 10 cm = 4" x 4".
REMEMBER: Needle size is only a suggestion! If you have too many stitches on 10 cm = 4" switch to larger sized needles or if you get too few stitches on 10 cm = 4" switch to smaller sized needles.
