What does the Yarn Weight mean?
- Lace: Our thinnest and finest yarn. This gives your shawls, scarves, and cardigans that delicate texture and an ultra-soft feel. Can be used with thicker yarns.
- Fingering: A thin variety that works well with smaller needles. Ideal for intricate detailingand soft baby clothing, hats, towels, and socks.
- Sport: This 5-ply is perfect for needle sizes between 3.5-3.75 mm
- DK Yarn: Our most popular and best-selling yarn. This versatile yarn is perfect for knitting and seaming all types of clothing and accessories.
- Aran: This 10 ply yarn is also called Heavy Worsted Yarn. medium-weight yarn is great for knitting sweaters, hats, scarves, mittens, blankets, and more!
- Bulky: This chunky yarn is ideal for working on chunky jumpers, blankets, sweaters, andthicker knitting projects.
